Not loving your BOOTY purchase? Simply click HERE to initiate your return. All return requests must be submitted within 10 days from the date your order was delivered to you and will require your order number to process. We stand behind all our products and the brands we sell and want you to love every BOOTY purchase you make!

REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE
BOOTY will gladly accept items submitted for return and submit your reimbursement as store credit via gift card. Your gift card will be issued for the full value of your return less initial and return shipping expenses in USD and will not expire. All returns must be initiated HERE
- All returns must be sent back in their original condition (unwashed, unworn & undamaged; no deodorant, perfume or make-up stain; tags still attached if applicable, etc.)
- Original shipping fees are not eligible to be refunded upon your return; return shipping will be deducted from the cost reimbursed to the customer.
- For international returns, costs associated with return shipping and any reverse duties are the responsibility of the customer.
- We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear or wash, or do not meet the listed criteria
- Full priced items that are specifically marked “not eligible for return” on their product pages are not eligible for return at all, including for reimbursement as store credit via gift card
- For returns shipping from US & Canada, BOOTY is able to email labels to customers to make processing returns easier and more efficient, however, at this time international customers must see to their own return shipping labels. International returns will still only be accepted after being processed through THIS FORM.
SALE / DISCOUNTED MERCHANDISE
All sale merchandise, site-wide sale periods and discounted purchases are FINAL SALE and items purchased during these periods are not eligible for return or gift card.
CANCELLING OR CHANGING YOUR ORDER
BOOTY works quickly to process and ship orders, so once you have placed your order, we are usually unable to make any changes. Please ensure the items in your order and address are correct before purchasing. If you are unsure please EMAIL, DM, or CHAT us before you order. Should you have any issues, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of your purchase and we will do our best to accommodate your changes, but we cannot guarantee requested changes can be made.
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
US & Canadian orders will not be charged duties.
BOOTY is not responsible for any import duties, customs and/or taxes incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the purchaser. We cannot advise the cost as these charges will vary according to country.
COVID SHIPPING UPDATE
All orders are continuing to be packed and shipped out within 1-3 business days, following the date of purchase. Our shipping carriers are unfortunately experiencing delays in processing, updating and delivering parcels. We appreciate your patience while your packages arrive.
Canadian Orders are subject to delays of up to 7-10 business days.
United States Orders are subject to delays of 1-4 business days.
International Orders are subject to delays of up to 3 weeks.
